Kozak & Gayer, P.A., is seeking an attorney to join our health care and administrative law practice. The ideal candidate is a practicing attorney with at least 5 years experience, preferably in the area of health care law. Applicants should also have strong research and writing skills.

We are a six-attorney firm with a practice concentrated on representing health care providers, in transactional, regulatory, and other complex legal matters, including legislative and other public policy matters. Prior experience with legal issues affecting the health care industry (e.g., contracting, health insurance regulation, health care privacy and security, clinical and regulatory matters, federal anti-kickback and physician self-referral laws, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, licensure and accreditation, medical staff matters) would be preferable, but is not required.
