Experience
Allana focuses her practice on healthcare payment and compliance matters and healthcare delivery system development and innovation. She assists a broad range of healthcare organizations and healthcare provider types, including health systems, hospitals, long-term care providers, physician practices, ancillary service providers, community-based providers and accountable care organizations. Allana’s depth of knowledge in healthcare draws from different roles she has held prior to and during her law career, including Medicare auditor, healthcare consultant, and years practicing law as in-house counsel at a large healthcare system.
Allana has experience with healthcare delivery system reform initiatives such as the federal Next Generation ACO program and the Medicare Shared Savings Program, MaineCare’s value-based programs, and commercial payor accountable care initiatives.
