Benjamin T. Clark Joins Kozak & Gayer, P.A.

We are thrilled to announce that Benjamin T. Clark has joined Kozak & Gayer, P.A. as an associate. Ben is a recent graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and also holds a B.A. in English from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. During law school, Ben completed externships with Thrive Pet Healthcare, IDEXX Laboratories, and MaineHealth.

Ben will maintain a health law practice at Kozak & Gayer, advising clients on a wide range of corporate, transactional, information privacy, and regulatory compliance matters. His work will focus on helping organizations navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the healthcare and data privacy sectors.

Ben will practice in the firm's Augusta office and remotely from the Portland area.
