Experience

Ben maintains a health law practice at Kozak & Gayer, advising clients on a wide range of corporate, transactional, information privacy, and regulatory compliance matters. His work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the healthcare and data privacy sectors.

 

While in law school, Ben completed externships with Thrive Pet Healthcare, IDEXX Laboratories, and MaineHealth, where he gained valuable experience in information privacy and security regulations, business transactions, and health law compliance. Prior to attending law school, he taught middle school science in the Tennessee public school system.
