Kozak & Gayer, P.A. is pleased to announce that Melissa Reynolds O’Dea has joined the New England regional health care and administrative law practice of Kozak & Gayer, P.A. Melissa joins Kozak & Gayer with 25 years of experience in health care, regulatory, and business law matters. Her practice has focused on compliance, privacy, employment, contracts, licensing, and other administrative and regulatory issues. She is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law, as well as the University of Maine. She will continue to concentrate her practice on regulatory and health care issues, as well as business law. Melissa is admitted in both Maine and Colorado.
